movements, while Lagree focuses on high-intensity, high impact. Both are full-body great workouts.

Absolutely! Our grips are designed to keep you stable through every plank, pulse, and plank-to-pike. Whether you’re on the reformer, the mat, or the barre, they’ll help you feel secure & supported.
Our grip socks are all one size fits most. They fit a women’s shoe size 6-11
To keep your socks looking cute and grippy, we recommend washing them on a gentle, cold cycle and laying them flat to dry. Avoid high heat which can weaken the grips. Treat them with a little TLC and they’ll stay comfy, cozy, and ready for every workout.
